poorly assembled ,

The unit has worked great, but I work under things and have a hard time keeping in my ear. Also after about 10 months the ear hook rubber came off of the wire. None of the places that I checked would help me find another ear hook piece. The front cover kept coming off when it would drop out of my ear.
