Decent item..., 27 May 2005

Of course, it had to happen this way. I just bought this from Amazon a week ago, and the price has now gone down by £7.00!!!

Anyway, I have been using it for a week, and it seems to work reasonably well.

Sound quality, both for me and the person at the other end seems to be quite good. I do get a faint hiss, like you might expect on a radio, but it's a minor point to complain about.

Battery life is very good - I use it only while driving, and it lasted me 3 days before I decided to charge it so that it would not die on me during a call.

It is just a tad heavier than I would like it to be, but I think I will get used to it soon.

Since the earpiece does not have any foam/rubber on it, it does feel a bit hard on the poor ear, but again, probably will get used to it.

The earloop could have been a bit softer/more flexible. Also, I was expecting more sizes, but there are only 2 in the package. The smaller one fits me better.

Since this is my first bluetooth headset, I can't compare it with anything other than my wired handsfree - the wireless one is way better and more convenient! Also is easy to use and the Voice dialing works like a charm.

So, 4 stars, the 5th dropped because of the minor niggles which I 've mentioned above.

BEST EVER, 11 January 2005

Since the law changed banning us from using a mobile phone while driving I've tried a couple of these bluetooth headsets and this is by far the best. It's a Nokia but works with all phones - Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Siemens etc

If you do have a Nokia phone it means you can use your existing charger. I use mine when I'm driving and plug it into the in-car charger I have and when I get back in the car its fully charged. As it happens the battery life is really good anyway.

1) Its easy to use
2) Its a Nokia so its good quality
3) Its comfortable to wear
4) Its cheap to buy

If you are going to get a bluetooth headset I highly recommend this one!

Great Value, Great Product, 06 January 2005

It is Nokia so you know it is quality. Also it will share your phone charger so that's one less plug to lump around. Well-made, comfortable, discreet and it even works really well. Excellent price - half the high street - means this is a must-buy.
